My name is Elizabeth and my husband and I are expecting a baby in late July. Beginning in September, we are looking for a nanny to care for our baby who will be 2 mo old. Hours of care would be 9-5 most days and we are looking for someone who wants a long term position who has experience caring for young babies. We'd like someone to start with a few hours a week in mid-April to begin building a relationship with our baby.
Responsibilities include bottle feeding, diaper changes, tummy time, and engaging in developmental activities to support growth. Light housekeeping (baby laundry, bottle cleaning, tidying baby areas) is a plus. Must be comfortable with transitioning the baby from contact naps to crib naps.
Requirements:
3+ years of infant experience (childcare facility experience is a plus!).
CPR certified and able to pass a background check.
Fully vaccinated and receives a flu shot yearly.
Reliable, patient, and nurturing.
Multiple references required.
