A little bit about us

We need an overnight Nanny to help with weaning and solo sleeping 💤 he is a 9 month old bright beautiful boy he’s just overly attached to mom and breastfeeding. Mom has to start school in mid January so we need help to wean and give mom a break. Dad works 10-12 hours a day, mom is a stay at home. Baby boy is smart, loving and hilarious. I’m posting this as his grandma who lives out of state, if I lived closer I would help with this issue. They have a full guest room so whoever takes this job would have a space to take baby away from mom to help sooth and get him to sleep alone in his crib with a bottle. He does take formula. The main issue is his waking to graze from the boob several times a night. We need to break that habit and we need help. We would like for you to be certified in CPR and have basic first aid training. Also we would like you to have experience in this as it is quite an ordeal to wean a baby. Mom and dad will both be there during this process. We just need someone experienced to help set up a routine. This will most likely lead to babysitting while mom is at school. But mainly we need someone ASAP for a solid two weeks 9pm to 6am to get this going. Please only respond if you’ve had experience in weaning or teaching a baby to solo sleep after breastfeeding. We need someone with a ton of patience. Our family is very inclusive and kind. Dad is a tattoo artist and mom is very artistic although is staying home with baby until school starts. There is a dog but he will be crated during the night so you would have no responsibility with him. They live in south Tulsa, right next to Whole Foods and restaurants. You can text me (grandma) with your experience and hourly rate at [phone number hidden].
