A little bit about us
She was a nurse for 38 years and worked in the baby ward. She wrote poetry.
She was a old time Pentecostal(think holy roller) pastors wife for 30 years. She currently goes to a church thats only two blocks away. Of course no cussing or smoking! VERY RELIGIOUS!
We have been hiring girls the last 11 years and the only thing that every girl has not liked is the dress code. She still believes a girl should not wear pants(jeans, shorts, tights, leggings, etc although optional plain sheer panty hose is fine). Just an everyday casual dress is fine, even a jean dress is OK.
Will need to take to church if she feels like it even though she will forget she went. Pay 12-13hr

- What level of privacy can I expect after hours?
- Will I have a curfew in the evenings when I am in charge of the kids the next day?
- Can I have guests over during my days off and only with the employers prior agreement? Am I allowed guests overnight?
Beyond asking these questions, families will want you to have your nanny references ready and ask any questions to show initiative.
