A little bit about us
We’re flexible and open to finding what will prove to be most beneficial schedule for all of us- something like 3 days a week for 4-6 hrs to start.
We’re home most of the time- We work from home, my partner occasionally is away. I myself am a bit more particular than him but generally we’re relaxed, gentle, and flexible. We love the outdoors, family, and being a part of a community. We have guest space, great WiFi, we enjoy homemade meals, staying active, and we live on a couple of acres.
We have a sweet, spirited 4 month old. We respond to wherever he is at with nurturance, we do not try to train or shape him, we allow him to set his pace, we communicate with him respectfully. We don’t use screens to entertain him; he enjoys sang to, instrument toys, swinging, and generally attentively played and engaged with, especially outside! I exclusively breastfeed him and we cosleep so I contact nap with him a lot of the time as well.
If you feel like you would be a great fit, send me a msg with any references or questions you may have!

would be at my apartment by 2:50pm as my daughter gets off the bus at 3pm. My son is typically here by 4:05]m. I would prefer having someone who has experience with special needs children. They both have Fragile X and autism that affect them differently. Will give more detail with inquiries about the position.

Some families may also request a trial period to see how well you interact with the children and manage your responsibilities. It is also common to have a background check conducted before the final job offer.
