A little bit about us

Our little girl is going to be about 6 months when we will start needing care. Care would be about 2 days a week. We also would like to find a nanny who would be willing to work as a nanny share with a family who has a kiddo about 3 months younger . We would expect both kids to be at one of our homes. Additionally , each family has pets but you would not be expected to take care of them!

A little bit about us

Looking for someone RELIABLE to provide care for 6-8 hours, 2-3 days a week. While I am at work (RN schedule), and occasional coverage for date night. My partner works at home part time, and would be available occasionally as needed for grumpy moments. We would expect nanny to be interactive and educational, ok with lots of outdoor time, and occasional light housework (cleaning after meals, tidying toys, etc.)

My 2 year old is bright and active. Her vocabulary is huge, she knows all her ABCs, and she is learning reasoning skills. She is amazing, and instantly everyone's friend!

Her 9 month old brother is almost walking and curious about everything. He watches his sister and wants to be just like her. He takes longer to warm up, but is good natured and has a smile to melt your heart.

My sister has been our nanny for several months, but she is moving out of state in April.

We follow gentle-parenting strategies and encourage problem solving, learning emotions and how to self-regulate, and nature play.
