My wife (Registered Nurse) and I (Insurance Sales) both have full time jobs and are looking to add structure to our 4 yr olds daily routine. We have 3 dogs and an In-Law Suite in our basement for my mother-in-law.

We need our sitter to introduce structure and a daily routine for our son. He is highly energetic and needs routine/structure. He is in pre-K 2 half days a week right now and next year will turn to 3 full days.

We are in Woodbine/Lisbon, MD and need a sitter between 3-5 days a week pending our work schedules. Sitter needs to be comfortable with dogs as well.
