A little bit about us

Looking for a live-in, Hebrew speaking nanny for our newborn.

We are expecting our first child in September 2021. Both of us are entrepreneurs running our own companies and working full-time. We are looking for a primary caregiver for our child for the first two years of their life. You will work collaboratively with our night nurse and housekeeper. Mom will be working from home and "in and out" throughout the day. You will often be caring for the child in partnership with mom or one of the grandparents, particularly during outings.
It is important to us that you speak fluent Hebrew and English. Ideal candidates will be native Hebrew speakers, and will have exposure to Montessori or Waldorf-style education. This is a full time role with a potential variable schedule.

We are ethical, compassionate employers looking to make the most important hire we've ever made - our first nanny. Mom was an infant nanny in college and knows what it's like to be treated like a member of the family. That's what we're aiming to do. You will have housing in our brand new, one bedroom guesthouse on our property but separate from our home. It has a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bath. When staying in our country house, you will have your own bedroom and a bathroom that might be shared. We will provide you a monthly healthcare stipend and two weeks of paid vacation per year. You will be paid an hourly at the rate of $25-35 dollars an hour, depending on your experience. When it is safe, you will travel with us domestically and internationally. We have one trip scheduled to Europe in May 2022 and likely another one to Israel. We expect clear, open communication and excellent care. We will conduct and annual performance reviews with the potential for bonus pay for outstanding performance.
