A little bit about us

Hello! I’m a stay-at-home mom looking for some extra help in the evenings. I have two boys, ages 5 and 17 months.

My 5 year old is energetic, curious, talkative, and loves art projects, science activities, books, and imaginative play. My youngest is a happy toddler who loves exploring, laughing, and discovering the world around him.

Hours are Mondays and Fridays 3-7pm. Our childcare needs vary depending on the day and our family’s schedule. Most often, I’ll need help caring for one or both children while I run errands, spend one on one time with the other child, cook dinner, or tackle household tasks. I’ll usually be home for at least part of the shift, but occasionally I’ll need coverage while I’m out. From time to time, I may also request evening babysitting for a date night.

We’re looking for someone who is nurturing, dependable, engaging, and enjoys actively playing with young children. Experience with toddlers and preschool-aged children is preferred. Someone who is comfortable taking initiative, keeping the boys safe and entertained, and becoming a consistent part of our family’s routine would be a great fit.

We are new parents seeking recurring childcare for our 3-month-old daughter. She has a lot of personality and enjoys play time between naps. Specifically, we need someone Tuesday. Wednesday, and Thursday 9-4. Duties would include general infant care (e.g., feeding, changing diapers and clothing, developmental play) and light housekeeping (e.g., washing bottles, folding Nova's laundry, putting away toys). Dog care is not required. Mom, Khalilah, works outside of the home. Dad, Charles, works from home. Sitter or nanny with infant-care experience and CPR certification are preferred. COVID19 vaccination is required.

A little bit about us

We are two families in search of a nanny for our two infants - 12m old boy and 6m old girl. Time will be split between both houses weekly. Were looking for around 25-30 hours a week. Hours will be around 9-5 or 5:30 each day. The families live in Durham about 10 minutes from each other. Both moms work from home full time so there will always be at least one Child's parent around. We are looking for someone who has previous infant experience, has their own transportation, is up to date on vaccines, CPR and first aid certified and a non-smoker. Our ideal nanny is someone who is patient and caring, and enjoys coming up with activities for to help aid in the kids development. Some light household chores would be helpful. We would like for this person to begin ASAP. We pay $25/hour, and offer 5 sick and 5 paid vacation days.

A little bit about us

Looking for part-time occasional support with our 1 yr old (turns 2 in July). Will be looking for a more regular nanny share starting in August when Mom starts grad school - schedule TBA.

Dad is a software engineer - works from home Monday through Friday, hours somewhat flexible. Mom is currently working mornings at a preschool (Tues-Fri) but will be starting grad school at UNC in August. Our daughter Nahla is a sweet fun child - she loves books, music, animals, running and jumping.

We currently have a 8 yr old pitbull, Ocean, in our home. Ocean is friendly and sweet but he has serious anxiety and stress, and cannot play safely in the same space as Nahla - they need to be separated by gates or barriers. We are currently working on trying to find a safer home for him with no small children or other dogs.

Our ideal candidate will have their own transportation and driver's license.
