A little bit about me
I am an experienced childcare provider with a background in babysitting and early childhood education. I’ve cared for children ranging from 1 to 12 years old, providing nurturing and structured environments while supporting their educational and personal development. In my babysitting roles, I ensured safety, organized creative activities, assisted with schoolwork, and encouraged life skills such as responsibility and teamwork. As a teaching assistant in a pre-kindergarten setting, I supported classroom instruction, led interactive lessons, and promoted positive behavior. My combined experiences have strengthened my ability to connect with children, adapt to their individual needs, and foster both emotional and cognitive growth.

"Sara was such a wonderful nanny to have!
She was punctual, communicative, and always willing to jump in to whatever was needed. She was wonderful with my 1 year old son and would make up fun games to play with him! He was always excited to see her and laughing when I returned home. She followed closely to his routines, such as bedtime and nap time.
Sara also did light house work - such as dishes , organizing and putting away his toys, and cleaning up the house. I always return to a tidy home (huge bonus!).
Most of all, Sara was kind and a light in our home! She always brought lots of energy and enthusiasm, even when she was tired!"

A little bit about me
Hello. I am a full-time childcare provider. Here you can learn more about me and also check out the page of the daycare I previously ran: Star Path Daycare. I have 10 years of experience caring for infants, toddlers, and older children. I connect easily with children thanks to my friendly attitude and creativity. I foster a safe and nurturing environment where they can develop skills and learn through different games, including sports. I keep parents informed about their children's day through regular text message updates. With my university degree as a Spanish Language and Literature teacher, I offer parents the opportunity for their children to learn Spanish with the best teaching model to become bilingual, thus providing them with a comprehensive care experience. I am always excited to support families.

"I highly recommend Luz Dary Serrano as a nanny. She cared for our baby for seven months, and during that time, she consistently impressed us with her professionalism, warmth, and dedication.
From the very beginning, Luz formed a wonderful bond with our child. She was gentle, attentive, and always attuned to our baby’s needs. She maintained a consistent routine, engaged our child with age-appropriate activities, and always ensured a safe and nurturing environment.
What truly stood out was Luz’s initiative and reliability. Whether it was preparing meals, handling naps, or keeping the play area tidy, she went above and beyond without ever needing to be asked. We were able to go to work each day with peace of mind, knowing our baby was in such capable and caring hands.
We are incredibly grateful for the time Luz spent with our family and would not hesitate to hire her again in the future. Any family would be lucky to have her."
