"As our full-time nanny, Eliza has been a God-send. She is caring and sweet to the entire family. She's quite adventurous--taking our boys on public transportation all over the city, when they aren't playing or creating art projects together. She's prompt and does light housework (even when not asked!). Our boys speak Spanish fluently (we don't!), are polite, and are kind--all of which Eliza can take a lot of credit for! She's called off sick only once in 2.5 years, and we've had no issues with days off/crazy vacation days, etc. We trust her thoroughly and our boys love her. Eliza speaks Spanish almost exclusively. My husband speaks no Spanish and I speak very rusty/poor high school-level Spanish. But, we get along quite well with her using all of our collective language limitations + Google translate. Our boys adore her and she treats them like her family. She's a very special woman--as our her children and husband. "
