My son is 3 non verbal autistic and attends preschool. My daughter is 8 and attended school. I'm in search for a nanny/babysitter that can be with my son 7:30 to 11:30am and transport him to preschool around the corner from our home. Then pick up my daughter from school 1:45 and my son at 2:30. Finally be with them both until I'm home around 5:15pm. Monday through Friday.

Must be 18, have a valid DL and have extensive experience working with multiple children. Must be comfortable helping with personal hygiene, toileting, light housekeeping, following a rigid schedule but also being flexible when life goes sideways (and it does a lot in this house), food preparation, transportation (my car). Must be comfortable with dogs. You will be working with another caregiver any time all 5 kids are home. Currently do not need a caregiver. To put it bluntly, and save us all time, almost everyone who has worked with my kids has quit within a few months. They are tough. They are also funny, sweet and amazing kids.
