A little bit about us

My son Jack is 23 years old and cognitively between 4-6 years old. He is multi-handicapped and non verbal. He does have a diagnosis of autism. He is also deaf-blind though he can see enough to ambulate and get around independently. He can hear but has processing issues. He uses modified sign, pictures, and his iPad to communicate. He has a good sense of humor and can be engaging. We just signed him up for some classes in the community, music, art and bingo for him to attend in Manchester so would need to be driven there and stay and help him. He is incontinent and is fed by feeding tube, it's easy and we train. We have a lot of flexibility with our schedule. Looking for either part or full time. Let me know what you think about this all....Look forward to hearing from you. Sue
