A little bit about us
We are a fun loving family living in the Highland Lakes community in Westerville. We have 3 sweet and gentle little boys. (4 year old twins and a six year old) I'm their mom and essentially looking for an extra set of hands for occasional short day trips and also a general sitter totalling around 2-3 days a week. Our kiddos love playing in our backyard in their little pool and water table, and riding their bikes up and down the driveway. They love bubbles, chalk drawings, nature, and dancing to silly songs.
Our oldest, Noah, has mild autism. He is receptive, affectionate, very sweet, and an overall really happy kid. Noah will most likely be working with an ABA therapist part or all of the time. (We are figuring that out now.) So the sitter we hire would probably be in charge of mainly our twins for the larger part of day. We are hoping for someone energetic and creative with an extra dash of patience! We’re also interested in anyone that might enjoy doing simple educational activities and/or fun crafts with our kids as well. Teenagers are fine, just please have your own transportation. Hours would be 9:30ish-2:30ish 2-3 days a week and we’re flexible, this does need to be a daytime position though. (there are always occasional evening opportunities too, if you would like!).
One parent would almost always be home, which is nice as we're here if you need us, but no worries, we won't be watching over your shoulder or micro-managing:)
(I have an autoimmune disorder and need extra help so I can rest and attend doctors appointments.) My husband works from an upstairs office, often in meetings, and he's wonderful with our boys, and an all around great guy.
If this sounds like a match for you then we would love to meet you! Please feel free to text Beth at [phone number hidden] if you would like to chat more about the position. We are looking to hire someone as soon as possible!
Thanks for looking!
