The primary responsibility will be morning drop-offs to school Monday through Friday, with occasional additional care as needed on afternoons or weekends. Support with his morning routine—such as helping him get dressed and ready for the day—may also be needed.
He sometimes communicates through behaviors and can become physically expressive when overwhelmed, including occasional aggression or attempts to elope. For this reason, we’re seeking someone who remains calm under pressure, understands sensory needs, and is proactive in keeping him safe and emotionally regulated.
Experience with autism and behavioral support is strongly preferred.
Dependability, empathy, and clear communication are essential in this role.
