We need help Monday and Wednesday from 730-3, but would love additional support T Th F from 11-5.
Responsibilities on M and W would include school pick up and drop off (Eliana goes to school M-Th for about 3 hours, very close commute), feeding meals (breakfast, lunch, snack, bottles), diaper changes and transportation to and from various therapies/ activities (all in home or close to our home).

Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for both children
- Follow a consistent daily routine, including mealtime and playtime
- Provide individualized attention and support to the child with special needs, including administering medications and therapies as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the children's progress and any concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized play area and perform basic housekeeping duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with special needs
- Certification in CPR and first aid
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and provide references.

Our schedule requires Monday/Wednesday/Friday on a 2 week rotating schedule of either 8-3:30 or 12:30-5 (or a later start during the school year). Full-time pay for mostly part-time work: Split-shift for school days (6:30-8:00a; 3:30-6:30p); full days (8a-6:30p) on school holidays/snow days/sick days. Will only work 25-30 hrs most weeks, with a handful of full-time weeks per year. Live-in preferred but not requires. Background in special ed, ABA, OT, and/or ABA preferred--but willingness to learn may be acceptable.
