4 full days a week and one 2 hour day, usual start is 9 but can vary by an hour or so and never later than 6 pm; we are hoping to find a comfortable set day rate instead of hourly, pay weekly in case of un for seen cancellations on either side; willing to discuss anything! Would prefer someone to come to our home and they must be comfortable with animals. They also must have good communication with parents, and encourage children to respect boundaries and feelings. We practice gentle/respectful parenting here and won’t tolerate yelling and discipline of our children. Contact by TEXT message is best for me:

We are looking for someone to babysit two Friday nights per month for date night. Also, during the summer only, we are looking for someone to babysit Monday -Thursday from 1:00-3:00 ish while I exercise.
We qualify for something called respite care through DSHS because of our son's disability, and we are looking for someone who can consistently show-up as scheduled to get 9 hours of paid training to work with our special needs child, and then the state will be paying for $3000 of care on our behalf. We will be privately paying the rest ourselves.
Our oldest child is super challenging, although he has been taking medication for a few weeks which has been helping his aggression a LOT. We are looking for someone who can stay calm though during his aggressive moments.
