Kellie, is very reliable and always on time. If there was ever an issues with driving to our home or taking our daughters someplace, she would discuss this well in advance. For example, she did not like driving in inclement weather, but would let us know if she was at all uncomfortable getting to our home before a storm would hit, which was very understandable.
