I grew up learning the benefits of a hard work ethic while working in my family's restaurant. I went to Syracuse University and graduated with a business degree. After college, I became sick with an autoimmune disease so I took a break from working and as I recovered I started practicing yoga. This lead me to becoming a yoga teacher!
