Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was in a child development class in high school I got assigned to a child to take care of and read books to her and play with her and teach her about the ABC’s and basic preschool stuff and would often take the preschoolers to the library with my class for field trips.
I also have nieces and nephews that i have been raising and taking care of for many years the youngest being 2 the second oldest being 10 the oldest being 14 so i have experience taking care of all age groups

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Activities i enjoy doing with children indoors are reading books to them, painting and coloring, play board games and teaching them new things like how to make simple snacks or help them with their homework. Activities i enjoy doing with children outdoor are playing i spy or play sports and showing them all the beautiful things that nature has like flowers and the sky for example picture what cloud shape there is or what time of birds there are.

The most important part about being a nanny to me is making sure the child is safe and protected at all times and making sure the child is happy and that they know they are cared for is what means the absolute most to me. Their protection and safety is number one.
My experience with special needs children...
i cared for my nephew who is blind and being there for him as he grows up has helped me learn how to care and help those who are blind for example making sure you are there for them and helping them with their needs like how to eat food and how to get from one spot to the other without them hurting themselves and describing to them everything that goes on so they feel normal. The best thing to do when working with someone with Special needs is to have patience and compassion and a caring heart to be able to help them with whatever they need.
