Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I use to babysit when I was in high school and then for a little when I moved and was in college. When I volunteered in high school I worked for the Illinois Jaycees Kid’s Program babysitting. At Memorial Festival of Trees I helped children create arts and crafts. At the Mini O’Beirne Crisis Nursery Holiday Store I guided children around a "store" and they would help pick out presents for those in need.

I love sports, going on walks, playing board or card games, watching movies, and playing games on a playstation or xbox.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I would say patience would be the most important part about being a nanny. Caring not only for children but anyone I feel is very important. It can be very easy to get overwhelmed, so having patience is a great quality.
My experience with special needs children...
I am very knowledgeable about Type 1 Diabetes and Asthma. I have had type 1 diabetes since I was a year and a half old so I think I can consider myself and expert there. I also have asthma so I have a bit of knowledge there as well.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my most memorable (but sad) moments as a nanny was when I had to move away for college and the kid I was babysitting at the time was so sad and did NOT want me to leave. It was just so heartwarming because you really do become attached to the little ones you care for and becoming like family is always amazing.
