Hi! I'm Rubiya! I'm 18. I have experience with special needs children as I helped them when I was in elementary school. I do know how to give CPR but I'm not certified. I have experience with diaper changing,and putting to bed children under 5 as well as helping children under the age of 10 with their homework.
