Experienced and compassionate childcare professional with over 10 years of paid experience caring for children of all ages, abilities, and developmental needs. My background includes working as an elementary school teacher and a preschool teacher at a Montessori- and Reggio Emilia-inspired learning center.
I take a child-first approach to caregiving, leading with empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for each child's individuality.
