The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was when a little boy I cared for made me a “thank you” card all by himself after his first week at my daycare. He drew a big heart and wrote, “Miss Alexsis is my best friend!” in crayon. It was such a small gesture, but it reminded me why I love what I do—being a safe, loving person in a child’s life means everything.
