The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny has been my calling for as long as I can remember and I've been so lucky to have had such amazing families to work for. I think the most important part about being a nanny for me is understanding that it isn't a job, you are inserting yourself into a family and that takes a different mindset than any other career. There is a little human or humans counting on you and looking up to you that is learning from everything you do. It's so wonderful to have that impact on a child, and it's the most important part of being a nanny for me.

The most important part about being a nanny...
I love teaching my nanny kids to bake and cook from a young age (as young as 2!) and my favorite moment was when a girl I'd been nannying for 2 years finally learned to crack an egg by herself after months of trying! It was so wonderful to see her face light up and I'll never forget her squeal when she realized it worked!
