A little bit about me

Hello, my name is Alicia! I’m fluent in both English and Spanish, and currently learning American Sign Language (ASL). I grew up in a very tight family environment and love unity within a household. I’ve loved children since my youngest brother was born, to this day I love caring and going out with him! My childcare experience begun with Neighborhood Ministries, a nonprofit organization, in which I cared for children of all ages. My coworkers and I were in charge of planning day to day activities and creating an interactive environment. I love reading, knitting, and baking on my free time. I am currently working on my degree and also working as a barista. I have experience with house sitting and babysitting. I love interacting with children and aiding in their growth. During my high school years I took early childhood education classes. I’m excited to have the opportunity to make an impact on the next generation!
