A little bit about me

Hi my name is Amalia! I was officially introduced to childcare through my work as support staff in a therapeutic preschool, but have worked in the past as a ballet teacher to a wide range of ages. I plan to eventually return to school for a masters degree in Dance/Movement therapy, to work with little ones that may struggle with verbal communication or body language. In the mean time I want to use my time to help nurture our little friends into the smart, kind people I know they're capable of becoming! In my free time I enjoy reading, talking walks in nature centers or through the plaza with friends, and teaching myself to sew. I still plan to teach ballet classes in my spare time as well as take classes of my own.
