I am part of the SCLA program at SIlver Creek high school and I volunteer every month for a Kids Night Out! run by a capstone project. I help in the gym room where we play games and physical activties with kides ages ranging from 4 years-13 years old.

My experience with special needs children...
As said above, Im with the SCLA program at Silver Creek and I volunteer to help at a kids night out, every know and then, a few kids with autism come, a 8 year old girl and 8 year old boy, they are best friends and i love spending time with them. They are super energetic and have lots of fun in the gym with physical activities.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I had a kindergartener named Liam spend the whole night in the gym playing sharks and minnows and I gave him little piggy back rides all night, that kid is such a sweety and so full of energy!

I know how to get kids to listen to me, even if they're being difficult or having a rough day, and I also have practice with helping multiple kids at once.
