Ann is currently working as a childcare worker each week during our church's Women's Bible study. She started in the nursery and did an excellent job. She made wonderful connections with each child.
When a position as the lead teacher in the 3-5 years old room opened up, I immediately thought of her. Since taking, the job she's come in on her own twice to shadow seasoned teachers. She wants to do well and is an eager learner. I'm very happy with the way she talks to the children and engages them in the lesson and in play.

The 4 year old I used to nanny decided she wanted to paint my face one day and she painted my entire face. It turned from being noticeable colors to it becoming brown from so much being mixed on my face. It was fun to just have a slow moment that made her day.
