The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments as a nanny happened during a rainy afternoon when outdoor play was not an option. I decided to turn our living room into a mini “science lab.” We conducted simple experiments using household items, like creating a volcano with baking soda and vinegar. The excitement on the children’s faces as they watched the reaction unfold was priceless. We ended up creating a "science journal," where they could draw their experiments and write what they learned. It was a wonderful blend of education and fun, and it sparked their curiosity about the world around them. Seeing their enthusiasm and creativity blossom was a reminder of how impactful hands-on learning can be!
