The most important part about being a nanny...
I understand I'm an extension of the parents and i feel it's important to love and care for them as if they were my own...respectfully. Also not taking everything so seriously, having a calm energy and listening to them in very important. Kids want to be heard too.

I have none but I do understand their world to a degree. I would love an opportunity to work with and learn from a special needs child.
