I was pretty good going with the flow of pretend games, kids are creative in that way ands its fun to let them have safe comfortable environment to facilitate that. I think being a nanny its just important to just be a good person, open and flexible, good adapting to personalities and needs. I think balancing a child's agency and ensuring safety and moral fundamentals calls for intuitiveness. I believe I have a good sense of when is too much and when guidance contributes positively to a kids development.
