The most important part about being a nanny...
It's important to me because I can relate to any other parent. It's a hard job especially when you have to be present for your child 24/7, sometimes with no help or rest at all. I am a stay at home mom so I get all the emotions and feelings parents get. Overall it's just worth it. Who doesn't love children? Cause I love mine so much and any child I come across.
My experience with special needs children...
I have never cared for special needs children. But if I were trained to I definitely would love to. Children are all the same whether they have special needs or not.
