I also took care 2 young girls (toddler and infant) who stayed with me many times for weeks at a time throughout their younger years as home life was unstable.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny to me is doing my part in helping each child to blossom into the best version of themselves. Raising them to have compassion, determination, self respect, confidence, and love for others.
My experience with special needs children...
Though I haven’t nannied for anyone with special needs, I have been hired by 2 separate families for multiple occasions to assist their adult sons who have autism on family vacations / and or outings.
I also had part time- integrated classes in elementary school with the special needs classroom. I spent most recesses volunteering and involving them in play with my other friends. I have always had deep love and compassion for working with those who have special needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of the many rewarding moments that has stuck close to me, was a time when I cared for a young infant who was having a difficult time weening from Mama to the bottle.
After many hard overwhelming days full of fussing, tummy aches, and syringing pumped milk into her mouth, that moment finally came when she grasped the concept, and took the bottle. Tears and relief overtook me. It validation that with consistency and patience, both you and baby will overcome the challenges along the way.

Part-Time Nanny Available in Oceanside, CA: Anastasia T.
I'm a nursing student, about to enter into my final semester of nursing school this Fall. I am CPR, BLS, First Aide Certified. For the past five years, I've been working as a home health aide/caregiver for older adults, adults with special needs, and older adults on hospice. In addition, before and during my time as a caregiver, I babysat the children of many families in our church before they got old enough to stay home on their own. I am also a youth volunteer at my church for the age range of 7th-12th grade. In my free time, I love to cook and can be very accommodating to different diets. I am a big advocate for spending time outdoors and hands on activities. I was homeschooled for many years and helped my mom homeschool my three younger siblings, so I am very well adept in cultivating rich, immersive life-long experiences.

Live-In Full-Time Child Care Provider Available in Oceanside, CA: Lachaia P.
I have 5 years of experience working with children. I have had the pleasure of working in daycares and schools as a lead teacher. However, I am hoping to get to work with children in a more one-on-one environment. I can help with light housekeeping, grocery shopping, running errands and laundry. I love to paint and draw, so of course we will be doing art projects while making sure chores and homework are completed first.
I am comfortable working with as young as infants to elementary age children and pets if you have any.

Full-Time Nanny Available in Oceanside, CA: Jillian S.
My name is Jillian! I'm a dedicated nanny with 2 years of experience providing loving and reliable childcare to children of all ages, starting from 1 years old. I've worked for 2 families and babysat many times in the past two years. I'm passionate about creating a positive and nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn. In addition to my hands-on experience, I also have my registered behavioral therapist license which allows me to offer additional support to children with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum.
I provide caring childcare and can also assist with light household chores like meal prep and tidying up to keep your home.
I prioritize communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, whichever method they prefer. My educational background includes some college coursework, and I have completed both First Aid and CPR training.
