More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I grew up the oldest of 16 kids (plenty of twins). Around the age of five I had learned how to take care of my little brother and myself. As I got older more children came along, so I gained quite a bit of experience with children. I have also been a teachers assistant through most of my middle and high school years.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I like to take children outside a plentiful of times a day, so they get some energy out and are nice and tired when their parent(s) gets home. I love playing imagination games or just running around with kids.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important thing most people dont realize is, the kids you take care of should be treated as if they are your own children. You should take care of them with such delicacy.

My experience with special needs children...

I myself am autistic and neurodivergent. Being someone who understands how a lot of these kids feel is a very open experience. It is an amazing learning space for not only me, but as well as the parent and the young one/s I take care of.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny/babysitting moment was when me and the kids I was taking care of pretended to fall asleep on the couch, just for us all to fall asleep within five minutes.
