The most important part about being a nanny...
For me, the most important part of being a nanny is caring for the children in a way that makes them feel truly comfortable. Creating a space where they feel safe, warm, heard, and supported. When a child feels secure with you, everything else naturally falls into place.
My experience with special needs children...
I do have some experience working with a child on the autism spectrum, and it taught me a lot about patience, gentle communication, and creating a calm routine. While I am not a specialist, I am attentive, flexible, and always willing to follow the parents’ guidance to make sure the child feels understood and supported.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moments as a nanny are always the small ones. When a child feels happy, comfortable, and safe around me. When they run to me, smile, or want to share their little stories. Seeing them relaxed and excited in my presence is what I love most. It tells me I’m doing something right and that they trust me.

I earned my NYS Teaching Assistant Certification in May 2024 and have one year of experience supporting middle school students ages 12–14. I reinforced lessons through one-on-one and small-group instruction, helped with lesson planning, prepared materials, assisted during testing, and supported homework and classwork. I helped implement behavior plans, managed classroom behavior, and promoted positive social skills. I also organized materials, handled clerical tasks, supervised students throughout the day, and communicated with teachers and families. I now work with students from 3K to 5th grade, providing the same instructional, behavioral, and classroom support while adapting to younger learners’ needs. I have experience in working with children helping with activities, cleaning, tutoring, cooking and entertainment.
