More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I earned my NYS Teaching Assistant Certification in May 2024 and have one year of experience supporting middle school students ages 12–14. I reinforced lessons through one-on-one and small-group instruction, helped with lesson planning, prepared materials, assisted during testing, and supported homework and classwork. I helped implement behavior plans, managed classroom behavior, and promoted positive social skills. I also organized materials, handled clerical tasks, supervised students throughout the day, and communicated with teachers and families. I now work with students from 3K to 5th grade, providing the same instructional, behavioral, and classroom support while adapting to younger learners’ needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, trusting, and nurturing environment for the children in your care. Everything else—teaching, play, routines, behavior support—builds on that foundation of trust and safety.
My experience with special needs children...
I currently work with Special education students at a school who have ADHD, OCD, ODD, AUTISM and Down Syndrome.
