I worked in an elementary school, I also was a teacher at a daycare, and I’ve also been a nanny in the past. I have worked with all ages, and also special needs children. At one time I also worked as a CNA.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I am a very active person, so I love doing all types of activities with children. Anything from running around, playing outside, and whatever else they enjoy. But I do also love sitting and reading with children and teaching them things as well.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Just being patient and loving. Of course always making sure they are safe is more important than anything. But just giving them the love and attention they need. And helping be a positive influence in their life. Helping them learn and grow.
My experience with special needs children...
When I worked at the elementary school, I worked with special education. I worked with children that had autism, and down syndrome. I also helped take care of another child in the past that had autism.
