I enjoy being very hands-on with kids, because I think consistent engagement with them is crucial to their growth. These types of activities allow them to develop skills they'll use throughout their life!

I have experience babysitting twins with autism. They are both high-functioning, but I did learn about their preferences and sticking to their desired schedules. I enjoyed learning about how they both learned and saw the world in their own unique ways.
