More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
In my previous nanny position, I cared for two young girls who became like family to me. I began caring for one of the girls when she was just 3 months old—she is now 2 years old—and the other was under 1 and is now 3. Over the years, I supported their growth and development through every stage, including successfully teaching potty training.
To this day, they still love me and I continue to check in on them whenever I can. Our relationship extends far beyond typical nanny duties—once I build a bond with the children I care for, I treat them like family. I truly love working with kids, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where they feel supported, understood, and cared for.

The most important part about being a nanny...
To me, the most important part of being a nanny is building a strong, trusting bond with the children I care for. Beyond feeding, diapering, or teaching routines, it’s about being someone they can feel safe with, look up to, and trust. I love watching them grow, guiding them through milestones, and supporting their curiosity and development every day. Creating a loving, consistent, and nurturing environment where children feel valued and confident is what makes this work truly meaningful for me.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments as a nanny has been watching a little girl grow from a tiny 3-month-old into a lively 2-year-old in what feels like the blink of an eye. I love her so much, like she’s my own, and seeing her grow a little more every single day fills me with joy. I remember when she couldn’t even say my name or walk, and now she calls my name all the time and moves around with confidence. From changing diapers to teaching potty training, the journey has its challenges, but seeing her succeed and gain independence brings me a true sense of accomplishment—it’s the moment I know I’m doing my job right.

Hi! New to nanny lane. I love being a sitter/nanny because I enjoy building genuine connections and creating a safe, positive environment where children feel comfortable and cared for. I’m naturally patient, attentive, and compassionate, and I enjoy helping others while making everyday activities fun and engaging. My customer service and client-facing experience has also strengthened my ability to understand individual needs, build trust, and remain dependable and professional. I’m comfortable following routines and instructions while making sure the people I care for feel safe and supported. My strongest skills are patience, active listening, communication, problem-solving, and creating a welcoming environment. I’m also comfortable communicating with parents, following household routines, and keeping children engaged in age-appropriate activities.
