The most important part about being a nanny...
Treat the kids the parents/guardians entrusted you with for the time as your own. Be there for them and show them love like you would your own flesh and blood and if not flesh and blood, given some don't have their own kids plus maybe had to grow up differently, then treat them with full care in a way you would love for yourself to be treated when you were a kid.
My experience with special needs children...
All I can say is that I can take care of the special needs children without them having to feel like a burden, nor a special needs kid. Let them live a life like any other kid would without constantly being reminded bluntly of the bad hand life dished out to them....sorry if I don't go more in depth
The most important part about being a nanny...
Taking care of the family's Godchild with my little sister and my older brother's girlfriend at the time. Godchild got dropped off for the evening and was crying where my little sister and GF(just to shorten it) was losing it a bit then they came to me to watch him....10 minutes later they come back to see him sleeping right beside me as I continue to play my puzzle game. The look on their faces was priceless. Sorry if this don't count exactly like a nanny moment but honestly I do in my mind
