I've caring for children that were family friends and also children in town since I was about 11 years old. I also worked at Kumon which helped learn how to work with children.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy doing schoolwork with children and also quite anything they enjoy doing as I enjoy seeing others happy. But if I had to choose, an indoor activity would be something engaging along the lines from a puzzle to making a play. An outdoor activity I would choose would be going to the park or searching for little critters.

The thing that matters most to me about being a nanny is to provide kid(s) with another person they feel safe around.

I've had experiences with children that have speech impediments and needed some extra help with speech.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was when I was watching two siblings and we spent a few hours playing "camping" we set roles for each other, one being the person to gather food and other supplies, one to help set up camp and other areas, and the other to help with the others or any other need. I really liked this because it was very engaging while also putting a lot of thought into our minds on not just how to care for ourselves but others if we were ever in this situation.
