The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is to be dependable and available. I said that because anything can happen, and sometimes people don't have anyone to depend on or go to when the going gets tough. However, if you are close with the family, however if the nanny is close with the family, then the childern can have more of an outlet that might not of been there before.
