I am a retired school teacher and have worked with children for over 25 years. I have worked in the public schools and also several years in a Christian based school. Children bring me joy and it is a pleasure for me to see them excel in all aspects of life. I have years of experience tutoring children in reading and have taught summer school and Sunday school for many years.

I love the outdoors, hiking, doing crafts and projects, exploring and sharing new experiences. I believe that physical activities are so important for kids and I also believe that children are constantly learning if given the appropriate stimulating experiences for brain and body growth.
