I spent 7+ years working as a childcare site director where I had the responsibility to ensure the safety of 20+ school age children. Other responsibilities included: obtaining and maintaining CPR/First Aid training, lesson planning, organizing field trips for 30+ children, maintaining required medical records for children, administering medications as needed, adhering to state regulations and guidelines for childcare sites, attending and completing professional development training specifically for childcare.
