My childcare experience began in my 20s, when I worked with children and families abroad in both the Netherlands and England. Those years gave me an early appreciation for different family cultures, routines, and approaches to care. More recently, I worked in a Philadelphia Center City early learning center, where I gained hands-on experience supporting infants and young children in a structured classroom environment. Over the last year, I have returned to private family nanny care, where I can offer more individualized, one-on-one attention and build a close daily rhythm with each child. My background gives me a blend of international experience, early childhood center experience, and private home care experience.
