BEING KIND and making sure the child has all its needs AND making sure the parent is comfortable aswell!!! my mom always told me she was afraid of leaving her children with a nanny (stranger) because she’d never really know how that nanny could be speaking with her kids. it scares me too sometimes. but i think being kind and compliant with children is the best way to understand their needs and so they understand you and why something is or isn’t okay. i know a lot of children like to act out when their parents aren’t around but being kind and compliant i feel can dismiss a lot
