Hello! I’m Emily, a professional nanny and family assistant with 6+ years of experience caring for children from newborns through school aged, with especially strong experience with infants and toddlers. I create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play, explore, learn, and thrive.

Beyond childcare, I have experience with household organization, errands, groceries, family calendars, logistics, and day-to-day family support. I’m comfortable working independently while maintaining excellent communication and discretion.

I’m a Licensed Newborn Care Specialist, Registered Behavior Technician with ABA experience, CPR/First Aid certified, fluent in English and Spanish, have reliable transportation and domestic and international family travel experience.

"Emily was a fantastic nanny and family assistant for our family. She came onto our household staffing team at a crucial point in our lives when my wife had just had another baby and our 4 young kids’ needs outnumbered our abilities. She mainly focused on our newborn who was 4 months old at the time, and assisted in planning our weekly calendar, routinely shuttling our kids to summer camps, horseback riding lessons, and other appointments. Emily did a wonderful job managing everything from plating meals from our chef, to planning occasional educational activities for the older kids, nap time schedules, managing communications between vendors for our home and overall household coordination. We had a contract with her just for the summer and we parted on great terms. We still send her updates about our children and their milestones and are in communication occasionally when we need someone last minute. The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments was watching a little boy I cared for grow from one to about a year and a half. As his language developed, he began expressing himself to me more and more throughout the day, often using funny new words his sisters had taught him. It was so sweet watching his personality and communication blossom, and I felt lucky to be there for that stage of his development.
