The most important part about being a nanny...
Is being a safe place for these kids. I always want the kids I nanny or babysit to know that I am a safe place for them. They never have to feel like I will judge, make fun of them, etc. It is important to build their confidence, not tear it down!
My experience with special needs children...
I do not have much experience, but I have some experience with children with ADHD, Down Syndrome, and Autism.
