A little bit about me

Growing up in a family with 4 kids. As I grew older, I found a passion for caregiving and ended up babysitting in high school as well as volunteering at a local preschool in the summer to aid teachers in classrooms with children with disabilities. Through my experience there, I went on to Oregon State University and studied Human Development and Family Sciences for two years gaining much knowledge on infant and adolescent development. I have decided to go back to school and get my Masters of Education in Early Childhood Special Education, from the University of Washington. I previously worked at the daycare on OSU's campus with the 6-12 year old group and then at a preschool nearby. In the past 2 years, I moved home and began nannying. I have nannied for three different families ages 9weeks to 7 years. I have experience with infants, toddlers, adolescents, and have slight knowledge with autism and Down syndrome. I am both CPR and first aid certified and will renew once expired!
