A little bit about me

After working in social work with homeless adults, I took some time to reflect on who I really wanted to work with. I was eventually drawn to education by the prospect of being the stable sunshine in the daily life of children. I feel most comfortable when I can keep kids moving and learning, which is why I think trying to keep them in their desks wasn’t a great fit for me. I’m passionate about letting kids be kids while teaching them the importance of boundaries and consequences. I am fluent in French but proficient in reading Spanish, and I have a specialization in Elementary Math. Healthy eating, music, and physical fitness are personal interests of mine.
